Hawk Winstead 

Having been born and raised in Park City, I know its history, neighborhoods and homes intimately. My passion for real estate began as a young child skiing Deer Valley with my father and visiting our friends’ mountainside homes along Big Stick run on Bald Eagle Mountain. I have watched our community transition from a winter resort to a year round destination. There's nothing I enjoy more than sharing what I love about Park City with clients. My immense local knowledge helps me guide them seamlessly towards the mountain lifestyle that they envision. 

I attended flight school in California and quickly realized that Park City was the only place I wanted to call home. 

I have partnered with my father, William Winstead, a realtor of 30 years.  He has always taught me the value of representing the client rather than the price, giving me an early understanding of how important it is to listen to clients’ values and expectations.
